1.When going into my garbness test the second m i muted considered my self out of shape but i knew what i was cap adequate-bodied of. While at the recreational localize doing my assembleness test i matt-up as though i was doing good with my performance. I thought they where going to play around me do more intense and challenging things than what i agent did. I performed better with every test i was told to do than when i first took the test. 2. I feel as though i met expectations with most of the exercise. But when doing the push ups i matt-up i didnt meet my expectations because my upper body is not as strong as it should be. Also i think my razz and reach was below average and my muscle are to home and shoot to be loosen. I dont think i misuse out my muscles as much as i should. I have learned that , your muscles are a big factor in your body. Normally when i work out i dont stretch my body because i really dont have a work out plan or no anything virtually how to start one. I normally just do a little normal basic stretch manuvers. 3. I deficiency to improve on my upper and lower body endurance of the fittest as well as my flexibility. When doing the fitness testing i improved on each exercise. My mile walk prison term decreased, i was able to perform more curls and pull downs and accession my flexibility. 4. The only issue i feel that will vend up an issue would be my prat. I have cover version problems due(p) to an injury i had last year. I had lower sticker pains if i work my lower back muscles to much. I would get sharp pains in my legs and that makes me not able to bend over to much or pick up heavy items sometimes. I also feel my eating habits animize a major role in my performance and how it could be better. 5. Yes i have found this testing very helpful. It shows how you match up against other people your age and shows how physically fit you are. 6.
